I am a graduate student in the Hastings Lab pursuing a PhD in Population Biology.

My research interest is understanding how coupled ecological and evolutionary processes affect the dynamics and management of biological populations in socially relevant systems. Examples of such systems include invasive species, infectious diseases, and genetically modified organisms introduced into wild populations. Techniques I use to analyze the models I develop range from analytical (e.g., singular perturbation methods, invasion analysis) to computational (e.g., numerical exploration of parameter space, agent-based modeling).
