I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Davis, having recently completed my dissertation under Alan Hastings' supervision in the Population Biology Graduate Group. My dissertation research focused on the role of spatial structure in influencing transient and asymptotic dynamics of predator-prey metapopulation dynamics. I am currently working with Louis Botsford, Alan Hastings, and Steve Teo on the biology of upwelling systems and the population dynamics of salmon and cod.

I also suggest taking a look at my origami, especially if you are interested in geometry.
